15 Ridiculously Cute Halloween Costumes From the Tompkins Square Dog Parade
Hundreds of canines and their proud owners dolled up in their Halloween best this past Saturday for the 2012 Tompkins Square Park Halloween Dog Parade.
Among the many festive four-legged friends showed were a mutt Mr. T, a barking Miss Piggy, not to mention a traveling Evita equipped with her own Argentinian entrance music.
