Celebrity Birthdays for Saturday June 28th

Born today, Saturday June 28th: A couple of comic geniuses, a country music cutie and a king with big appetites.

Kellie Pickler is 28. Country singer, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital supporter and winner of Season 16 of "Dancing With the Stars". She also has a good sense of humor; as she photo-bombs me.

Felicia Day is 35. Red headed character actress who's now a big name in internet TV. She is the writer and star of the multiple award winning web series "The Guild". And she's also Fargo's virtual girlfriend on Syfy's "Eureka".

John Cusack is 48. Joan's less talented younger brother, and the star of the unsung comedy classic, "Better Off Dead". Here's one of John's great movies, 'Grosse Point Blank.'

Mary Stuart Masterson is 48. Spinner-minx in "Some Kind of Wonderful", "Bed of Roses", "Benny & Joon" and "Fried Green Tomatoes".

John Elway is 54. A legend and an inspiration to all quarterbacks who've come after him...except maybe Tim Tebow.

Kathy Bates is 66. Former Midlander and the diabolical star of "Misery". She might tie me to a bed and cripple me with a sledgehammer, but I'd still watch her movies.

Mel Brooks is 88. Brilliant writer/director who gave us "Blazing Saddles", "Young Frankenstein", "History of the World: Part One", "The Producers" AND "Spaceballs".

Pat Morita (1932 - 2005) Mr. Miyagi in the "Karate Kid" movies and Arnold on "Happy Days".

Gilda Radner (1946 - 1989) "SNL" superstar and Gene Wilder's wife.
