After getting bits and pieces of information about Christina Aguilera's upcoming stint on Nashville, we finally get to hear her song on the show, "The Real Thing."

The track, which can you listen to above, puts Christina's insane vocals front and center. "The Real Thing" kicks off in a rock 'n roll style before getting some serious country flavor. (It reminds us of Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert's "Something Bad" and for all the right reasons.)

"Slow and sweet / That's how I sneak up on you / And when the smoke clears / Don't say I didn't warn you / Oh, need I inform you?" she belts. "Baby I'm coming better ready yourself / Be looking for me 'cause I'm the real thing."

A sneak peek of Christina performing the song on Nashville hit the internet earlier this week, giving us a teaser at what to expect. Her character, pop star Jade St. John, is working it for a massive crowd and bringing all the energy. It looks like an amazing role for the powerhouse singer and we can't wait to see her with the rest of the cast.

As is tradition on Nashville, the actors often perform with one another, resulting in some pretty baller collaborations. Will Jade St. John duet with country queen Rayna James (Connie Britton)? Or maybe she'll go the acoustic route with the soulful Gunnar Scott (Sam Palladio)? If she's looking for a powerhouse collaboration, there's no one better than the sassy Juliette Barnes (Hayden Panettiere).

You can see Christina go country when the first episode of her Nashville arc premieres on April 15.
