For the past seven years, Out magazine has released an annual list of the gay movers and shakers in the political, business and entertainment worlds. This year, famous names like Ellen DeGeneres, Anderson Cooper and list newcomer Frank Ocean made the Top 10.

At No. 2, Ellen DeGeneres has the highest spot on the 2013 list of any entertainer, coming in just one slot behind Apple CEO Tim Cook (who again topped the lineup this year).

Nos. 3, 4 and 5: 'Glee' creator Ryan Murphy, MSNBC host (and our editor's girlcrush) Rachel Maddow, and adorable TV host and news anchor Anderson Cooper.

Frank Ocean, who publicly came out in 2012 and whose first solo album garnered him a Grammy earlier this year, made his debut appearance on the list at No. 10.

Other entertainers on the 2013 Out list: whip-smart statistician and writer Nate Silver (6), Neil Patrick Harris (13), Bravo host Andy Cohen (14), fashion designer Marc Jacobs (19), actress Jane Lynch (40), and everyone's favorite draq queen, RuPaul (50).
