Grisly new details about the death of 'The Bachelor' star Gia Allemand have surfaced, including a blowup fight with Ryan Anderson the day she took her own life.

Allemand reportedly accused Anderson of cheating on her over lunch the day she attempted suicide (Aug. 12).

On the way back to her home, Allemand and Anderson stopped at a Walgreens to buy NyQuil. TMZ reports that Allemand told Anderson she still loved him, and that's when Anderson allegedly dropped the bombshell: "I don't love you anymore."

After Allemand got home, she was reportedly on the phone with her mother when she hanged herself with a vacuum cleaner cord on her spiral staircase.

Allemand's mother told police that the 'Bachelor Pad' starlet had "gone silent" for over 10 minutes. Anderson arrived at Allemand's home shortly after, where he discovered her with the cord wrapped around her neck "many times." By the time Allemand reached the hospital, she'd been without oxygen for 30 to 40 minutes, causing extensive brain and organ damage from which she couldn't recover.

Allemand left a suicide note on her dining room table, leaving all her property to her mother.

Our thoughts are with Allemand's loved ones during this tragic time.
