High Winds Causing Havoc In West Texas

A windy day in West Texas pretty much looks like any other day in West Texas. A REALLY windy day looks like this:
High winds gusting over 60 mph are causing damage and accidents across West Texas and Midland/Odessa. Downed utility poles, street lights and debris have caused the closing of some area roads, with visibility on some stretches of highway down to hundreds of feet.
