Friday is here and the weekend is near, so time for another batch of videos from the ‘decade of decadence’.

We’ll start off with the surreal trip down the rabbit hole with ‘Don’t Come Around Here No More’ from Tom Petty (1985):

Next, Duran Duran’s ‘Hungry Like The Wolf’ (1982):

From June of 1984 it’s  Billy Idol performing Eyes Without A Face from the album Rebel Yell.
Reportedly filmed in a marathon 30-hour session, the video was subsequently nominated for MTV Video Music Awards for “Best Editing” and “Best Cinematography”

Billy Squire said this was the video that ruined his career. From 1984, here’s “Rock Me Tonight”:
