Is Justin Bieber facing a felony charge? Reports say that according to the prosecutor handling the house egging case, that’s exactly what the singer deserves.

This past January was not a good time for the Biebs. There was, of course, his well-documented DUI arrest, as well as the suspicion that he was involved in vandalizing his neighbor’s house with eggs.

Surveillance footage from Justin’s home has been uncovered for the lengthy case. The video shows the ‘Believe’ singer high-fiving friends at the time of the egg throwing. And don’t forget, there’s TMZ’s video where not much can be seen, but you can definitely hear a voice that sounds like JB's yelling at the neighbor. All of that adds up to some hard-to-beat evidence!

Justin’s neighbor claims he and his daughter actually witnessed the attack and saw Justin on the scene. The neighbor also shared with TMZ that the deputy D.A. on the case reportedly said, “If we don’t charge him with a felony we ruin precedent for every other felony case we want to charge.”

It was later shared that damages on the egged house racked up to a shocking $20,000, due to the entire front of the house needing to be re-plastered, according to TMZ.

Things are getting pretty heated in this ongoing lawsuit. What do you think, PopCrushers? Does Justin deserve the punishment?
