Men and women will each have three timed events to complete, and can compete as individuals or in a team of five. Each person participating individually or on a team must pay a registration fee of $30. Children are welcome to participate in three non-timed events for free.

The public is encouraged to register to participate at Heroes Fitness or support the event day-of by cheering on others. Fit2Go will have breakfast available for purchase and items from local vendors have been donated for an auction.
