Monday Night Football: Washington Redskins beat New York Giants, 17-16

Garcon finished with eight catches for 106 yards and the eventual game-winning score. Griffin fumbled in the first-quarter, but the ball sailed into the arms of Washington’s Joshua Morgan who took it into the end zone for a Redskins’ touchdown. Redskins’ rookie running back Alfred Morris ran for 124 yards, putting his total over the 1,000 yards for the season.
New York (7-5) has lost three of four games. Giants’ quarterback Eli Manning threw for 280 yards and a touchdown. New York’s Ahmad Bradshaw ran for 103 yards, while teammate Victor Cruz had five catches for 104 yards.
