If you ask someone how they have been doing, more than likely they will say, "BUSY!" Just remember what your mother told you, "Take care of your teeth and they will take care of you."

Do you remember the last time you had your teeth cleaned. If it's been more than a year, get 'er done. Plaque buildup can cause gun disease, cavities left to long on their own can cause other serious health problems. A cleaning every six months is average for someone who goes to the dentist regularly, if you haven't been in months or years, it may take more than one visit to get your mouth right.

It may sound like kid's stuff, but just remembering the basics of brushing and flossing every day, can make a big difference in your appearance and in the way you feel about yourself. It also helps if your wife is a dental hygienist!
