In a Replay of 1908, Meteorite Explodes Over Siberia, Hundreds Injured From The Blasts
While everyone else on the planet including NASA, is paying attention to asteroid 2012 DA14 that will fly past Earth only 17,200 miles above our planet's surface around lunch time today, the Russia’s Urals region have been rocked by a meteorite explosion in the stratosphere. The impact wave damaged several buildings, and blew out thousands of windows amid frigid winter weather. Hundreds are seeking medical attention for minor injuries.
