No I’m not Dr. Who or Capt. Kirk, I’m a sky watcher, and I knew that the <a title="ISS NASA" href="http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/station/main/index.html" target="_blank">International Space Station (ISS)</a> would be making a flyover West Texas at exactly 6:25PM.</p>
