Texas Owns Title of Highest Speed Limit With Opening of Highway 130
October 24, 2012 Remember that old Mazda commercial, “ZOOM! ZOOM! ZOOM!”? That’s what came to mind when I heard that the new 41 mile stretch of Texas Highway 130 will open today with a legal speed limit of 85 miles per hour!
