In an earlier story last month, I told you of how we had the opportunity to see Deaf West Theatre’s 'Spring Awakening' directed by our nephew, Michael Arden. Now it turns out we will get to see it in New York as the show is going to Broadway!

Maureen and I took a quick weekend trip out to Los Angeles to see our nephew Michael Arden and the play he was directing, Frank Wedekind’s 'Spring Awakening' at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.

Michael Arden was today’s guest on the KODM Workday Wake-Up Show with Spencer. You’ve seen Michael on Gray’s Anatomy, The Quickening, The Return of Jezebel James and the films Underground, Bride Wars, Source Code and The Odd Life of Timothy Green. Michael also stars with Charlie Sheen in the FX hit TV show Anger Management.
