Everyday when two o'clock hits I notice that I'm in need of a snack! How about you? Seems like when I go searching for something to snack on I find 'junk' food Cheetos are my go to snack food! But recently I have been paying very close attention to my calories and sadly Cheetos are not making my list but fresh fruit is!

In one week I had seven apples (not dipped in caramel) a entire box for Cutie oranges and Kiwi! I feel so much better eating fruit then a sugar power packed snack!
